AMTSOL respects your privacy and complies with relevant legislation including the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) of Singapore and the General Data protection regulation (GDPR). This Data Privacy Statement applies to this website and any information collected from it.
Information we collect:
It is AMTSOL intention to collect only the minimum-necessary professional contact information and avoid receiving any information of a sensitive nature.
This website uses only cookies necessary for correct functioning of the website. We do not use the website to track you nor do we run analytics.
We collect only whatever information you consent to provide by using the “connect with us” page. Only your name and email address are required by this page. Other details including your company, your telephone number and a piece of text describing how we may help you are optional. We request that you provide only professional contact details and business-related textual information in this event.
How we use your information:
We will use the information you give us only for the conduct of our legitimate business interest or to deliver a contracted service. If you provide information, we will use it to contact you in your professional capacity in connection with our products and services.

The information you provide will be collected by AMTSOL IT function and shared internally within the company as appropriate. We will not give or sell your information to any external parties.

- The right to object to automated decision making including profiling, i.e. you can request an human intervention in any automated decision making process related to processing of your data and where such processing is not based on your consent, authorised by law or necessary for the performance of a contract. However, we don’t currently make decisions using automated processes.
